We’re thrilled to share that Prizm Solutions has been awarded the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for our customer service! 

This prestigious recognition shows our commitment to delivering excellent customer service by putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. 

To achieve this award, Prizm needed to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024, as well as maintain a Feefo service rating of 4.5 or higher.

This wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our amazing customers, as it’s their honest feedback and ratings on Feefo that make awards like this possible.
