If you’ve ever heard of All Risks insurance, you may wonder what it covers. Well, actually, it can cover whatever you want, whenever you want it, as it’s bespoke insurance for whatever you need to insure.
In insurance terms, All Risks insurance can mean many things. For example:
1) It could mean you have a collection of watches, comics, jewellery or whisky (for example) and want them specifically insured.
2) It could mean you want Contractors All Risks insurance.
3) It could mean you have property you want covering away from your home/business premises (for example a laptop computer).
Because this is a completely bespoke insurance policy, people tend to just call us up to ask about cover. As no two risks are the same, we will talk you through what you need and what we need to get you a quote. And as we deal with over 100 different insurers, we’ll always try to source the best cover at the best price for you.
You may also hear of All Risks Insurance (which is sometimes called Open Peril Insurance). This is an insurance cover that automatically includes any risk that the insurance contract does not explicitly omit.
